Non-profit funding application deadline approaching
Applications for local non-profits interested in receiving funding from the city of Bessemer are now available. The city of Bessemer allocates a portion of its annual budget to provide support for projects that have a positive impact upon a significant portion of the population. The City Council and Mayor’s office reviews each application. Applications are now available at Bessemer City Hall, 1700 Third Avenue North, or can be obtained online by clicking the link at the bottom of the page. Applications will be accepted until the close of business (4:45 p.m.) on the second Friday in July, or July 13, 2018. All applications must be submitted in person to the Finance Department at City Hall. Non-profit application.
