Minutes

Following each council meeting the city clerks office diligently records and compiles the minutes which serve as an official and permanent record of the proceedings of the city council.  These minutes provide a comprehensive overview of the discussion held, action, and resolutions/ordinances passed and approved by the city council.  We strive to ensure that the minutes are accessible to the public, reflecting the Mayor and city council’s commitment to transparency.
