Public Records Request

Alabama Section 36:12:45 – An Alabama resident may request access to a public record by following the written procedures for accepting such requests established by the public officer having custody of the public record.

The City of Bessemer shall determine if the requested records are subject to access and are public documents as defined by the Alabama Open Records Act.
